      后基因组时代,生物信息量急剧增长,蛋白质间作用关系愈加复杂,迫切需要一种高通量、快速廉价的分析技术,蛋白芯片/蛋白微阵列正符合这一需求。简要阐述蛋白芯片/微阵列技术发展历程,深入分析现行蛋白芯片的载体选择、芯片点印、信号检测等制作步骤中的现状与问题。通过一些经典实验与方法,全新评述该技术在蛋白质组学、诊断学等领域的新应用。同时,对低迷期的蛋白质芯片技术进行整体透彻分析,指出问题,讨论突破点,并探讨技术发展方向。
英文摘要:
      In post-genome era, bio-information increasing sharply, the interaction among protein became more and more complicated. The requirement for high throughput, fast and low cost analysis technique become urgently. This paper briefly elaborates on protein chip / microarray technology development process and it gives a deep analysis of current problem about protein chip’s carrier selection, the fabrication of chip, signal detection and so on in the manufacture of protein microarray. By means of a number of classical experiments and methods, this paper also gives a new commentary in the application of this technology in proteomics, diagnostics and other areas. Meanwhile, to give a thorough and deep analysis of protein chip, point out and approach the direction of techno-logical development.
