Abstract:Thirty six healthy adults were included with their peripheral lymphocytes being collected as the panel lymphocytes, panel reactive antibody(PRA)and random panel lymphocytotoxicity test(RPLT)were conducted with micro?complement dependent cytotoxcity among 55 pre?transplantation patients,8 cases(14 5%)were shown positive in PRA,only 1 case(1 82%)was positive in the test of CDC.The results indicated:there were great differences between male and female( P <0 05),there was no obvious differentce between blood transfusion group and non?blood transfusion group( P >0 05),PRA was a more susceptible method than complement dependent cytotoxcity, there was perfect correlation between PRA and RPLT( r=0 95,P <0 001),RPLT is a simple and more reliable and more easily practised method to predict the sensitivity of recipients of renal transplantation.
